Security Guard at Vikings Game Goes WWE on Rowdy Bucs Fan (Video)

security guard puts guy in headlock at vikings game

There have been a number of fan fights at NFL games so far this season. Some of them were pretty silly, while others were pretty serious. Thus, needless to say, we’ve seen a lot of drunken jackasses who needed to be put in a choke hold by stadium security officials.

This guy your about to see at the Vikings-Bucs game in Minnesota last Thursday? I’m not so sure he was one of them.

Don’t get me wrong, he seems like a total douche. As his Tampa Bay Buccaneers started pulling away from the hometown Vikings, he starts taunting his entire section, almost begging someone to fight him. However, the Minnesotans proved to be too level headed. While some of them engage in a nasty screaming match with the guy, others try to get him to calm down and chill out.

So when security guards arrive to eject the rabble-rouser, not a single punch had been throw. However, as he’s being escorted away, the problematic Bucs fan starts waving his hat in the air, taunting the crowd one more time. And that, apparently, led one of the security guards to decide enough was enough.

Maybe he was inspired by that pro wrestler who put the drunk guy in a sleeper hold on the light rail train a few weeks back, which also took place in the Twin Cities. I don’t know. All I do know is that the security guard at the Vikings game put the Bucs fan in a pretty serious sleeper hold while another guard slapped the cuffs on him.

You can have a look at the scene for yourself. Security arrives to take the guy away at the 4:10 mark, and the WWE moves start shortly thereafter.

So what do you think? Was the force justified?
