Lady With Big Hat Confuses San Francisco Giants With 49ers During Parade (Dramatic Lou Seal Video)
For those who aren’t all that familiar with the San Francisco sports scene, here is a quick refresher for you.
First, and foremost, you have their Major League Baseball team, the San Francisco Giants, who less than one week ago captured their second World Series title is the last three years by sweeping away the Detroit Tigers in four straight games.
Then, there is the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League, who have won five Super Bowl championships over the course of the franchise’s history and are currently considered to be among the league’s top teams this season.
As for the NBA, NHL and MLS, those leagues don’t have teams situated in San Francisco at the moment, therefore, it shouldn’t be hard to keep track of the professional sports teams that call “The City by the Bay” their home, right?
Well, try telling that to this lady with the San-Fran-skyline-inspired headdress, as she made the inexcusable error of mistaking the San Francisco Giants with the San Francisco 49ers during the former team’s World Series victory parade yesterday.
And judging by his dramatic reaction in the video below, it appears as though no one was more shocked by this error than the Giants’ mascot, Lou Seal.
