The CrossFit conditioning program was founded by Greg Glassman in 2000. In 2005 there were 13 certified CrossFit gyms. Today there are over 4,000 all around the globe.

So, needless to say, people are crazy about this high-intensity conditioning regimen. And, without a doubt, one of the most remarkable CrossFit enthusiasts out there is Suzanne Svanevik of Bergen, Norway.

By the way, she’s a 17-year-old high school student.

That’s right. She’s just 110 pounds and only 5 feet tall, but this girl is as solid as a rock. She started doing CrossFit about two years ago when her brother opened up Bergen’s first CrossFit gym, and she’s been going strong ever since. She works out twice a day, 5-6 times per week, and can bench 132 lbs and deadlift 330.

Have I mentioned she’s just barely 5 feet tall?

Anyway, you’ve got to check out her workout. It’s pretty intense, and makes me feel like a pretty huge loser.

Not bad, right?
