Beyoncé’s Super Bowl Halftime Performance Summed Up in 5 GIFs
I don’t know about you, but I thought the halftime performance by Beyoncé at Super Bowl XLVII last night was pretty great.
For starters, Beyoncé is not Madonna, and anyone who is not Madonna is okay in my book. More importantly, the production was pretty slick, Beyoncé did some good songs that a lot of people like, she did them well, and she’s gorgeous.
I’m not saying it was the best Super Bowl halftime show ever, or even the best of the last decade. Personally I’d give that honor to Prince. But it was certainly better than the last two—Madonna and the Black Eyed Peas. And here’s the proof, in amazing animated GIF form:
There were silhouettes, leg kicks, hair flips, finger licking, and interesting microphone gestures. How can you not give this performance an A+?
