Shaq Lip-Synching Beyoncé’s “Halo” at Halftime Show of Super Bowl XLVII (Video)
The biggest Beyoncé fan at the Super Bowl? Obviously that was Jay-Z. After all, he is her husband.
But the second-biggest Beyoncé fan? That would have to be the Big Aristotle himself, Shaquille O’Neal. And how do we know about Shaq’s love for Beyoncé? Because during the finale of her halftime show, he lip-synched the words to the song…and filmed it and uploaded it to the interwebz.
That’s right, while Beyoncé was belting out her emotional ballad, “Halo,” the former NBA superstar and current TNT analyst was mouthing along word for word.
Take a look:
So does Shaq have a thing for Beyoncé? I certainly wouldn’t blame him if he did. The woman is both talented and hot. However, O’Neal stands about as much a chance at ever getting with Beyoncé as me.
Oh sure, you laugh. But think about it for a minute. Beyoncé herself is a musical person, and we know she obviously has a thing for guys who can rap.
Shaq? He might just be the worst rapper of all time.
So yeah, he’ll have to be content with lip-synching her songs and pretending they’re about him.
