When it comes to impersonations, Derek Holland may be the best in the Majors, but the dude is also a pretty darn good pitcher, and he proved just that last night when his Texas Rangers traveled to Chicago to take on the Cubs in Interleague play.

Holland entered the game in search of his first win of the season, and he would get it thanks to a solid seven inning performance that saw him allow just two hits and no walks against while striking out six during a 4-2 victory for the Rangers.

With the win, Texas improves their record to 9-5 on the season.  As for Holland, he goes to 1-1, while dropping his ERA to an impressive 1.64.  And he also earns “The Stat Line of the Night” for Tuesday, April 16, 2013.
