Astros fan catches home run with popcorn bucket

The man in the video you are about to watch is not the first person to catch a baseball in a popcorn bucket.  But he is the latest, so that’s why we’re talking about him.

It took place during Sunday’s series finale between the Indians and the Astros at Minute Maid Park in Houston.  With Cleveland leading 3-2 in the sixth, Drew Stubbs added to that lead by blasting a solo homer just over the right field fence.  The ball appeared to be just out of the reach of Astros’ right fielder Rick Ankiel, but it wasn’t out of the reach of one lucky dude’s popcorn bucket.
