The Houston Texans suffered a painful loss at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. And perhaps no Texans player was feeling the pain more than All-Pro defensive end J.J. Watt.
You see, while Watt and the rest of the Texans defense was able to limit the Seahawks’ offense to just one touchdown throughout the entire afternoon, they were done in by a fourth quarter interception from Richard Sherman that was returned for a touchdown, followed by a Steven Hauschka field-goal in overtime, which capped off a 23-20 comeback victory for Seattle.
And in addition to suffering the pain of watching his team give up a 14-point fourth quarter lead, J.J. Watt also hat to endure the pain of a busted up nose and bloodied face, which required six stitches to seal up.
