Line Brawl Breaks Out During USA Vs Canada Women’s Hockey Game (Video)

We’re all familiar with the old joke, “I was watching a great fight and suddenly a hockey game broke out.”  But if you expected the circumstances behind a joke like that to completely dissipate during an international exhibition of women’s hockey, you were in for a rude awakening during Saturday’s meeting between the USA and Canada.

The exhibition match, which Canada won by a score of 3-2, ended in a line brawl between all ten skaters on the ice after Canadian goaltender Shannon Szabados was clipped by a player on the American team.
