In the wake of Donald Sterling‘s racist comments and the NBA’s swift response, everyone was wondering how the Clippers’ fans would react during their team’s return to the Staples Center for Game 5 on Tuesday.
The answer was with plenty of creative signs and t-shirts all showing their support for the Clippers players, and their disdain toward the team’s soon-to-be former owner.
You can check out a few of those signs and t-shirt in the gallery above. And in case you were wondering, the Clippers were able to translate that added support into a 113-103 victory over the Golden State Warriors, giving them a 3-2 series lead.
Sure, that’s great for the Clippers players, but it also means at least one more home game for them, which means more money in Donald Sterling’s pocket. That just doesn’t seem right.
