Milwaukee Bucks Owner’s 18-Year-Old Daughter Mallory Edens Won the NBA Draft Lottery Last Night (Video + Pics)
The Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA draft lottery last night, improbably nabbing the number one overall pick for the third time in four years. Now the only question is whether they will select Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker, or one of the other highly something something basketball, blah blah who cares. Did you see the chick representing the Milwaukee Bucks last night? What the what?
That, dear friends, is Mallory Edens. She is the 18-year-old daughter of new Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Wes Edens. He basically turned the draft lottery into a kind of postmodern social media debutante ball by choosing her to represent the team at the lottery last night. And now, because the internet is a giant horndog, she’s a lil’ bit famous.
Don’t get me wrong, she was only on TV for like 30 seconds total…
But those 30 seconds were enough to push her from about 250 Twitter followers to 10,000 followers…
And then, by this morning, all the way to 26,000 followers…
So congratulations, Wes Edens. The internet thinks your daughter is a total babe.
Also, congrats on getting the second overall pick or whatever. But mostly your daughter.
Oh and p.s., since you’re going to go there right now, it’s @MedensEdens.
