MLB Adds Some Special Effects to Yoenis Cespedes’ Historic Throw (Video)

If you haven’t seen the utterly insane throw by Athletics left fielder Yoenis Cespedes that nabbed the Angels’ Howie Kendrick at home plate the other night, you must go watch that right now.

Unbelievable, isn’t it? That play is going to be on MLB highlight reels forever. When A’s fans talk about it, the conversation is going to start with, “Do you remember where you were when…?

Of course, the throw was apparently not awesome enough to deter the great Albert Pujols from trying to stretch out a triple against Cespedes last night:

However, it was awesome enough to prompt the folks over at MLB Advanced Media to add some special effects to the play and upload the new clip on Vine.
