It’s hard to decide which United States goal was more of a surprise during the USMNT’s World Cup opener against Ghana: the one that came in the first minute, or the one that came in the 86th minute. Both were pretty unexpected. Both were total game changers. And both had a nation that’s normally averse to soccer screaming their lungs out.
But don’t take our word for it. Here are a smattering of reaction videos that almost make the United States look like a country that enjoys soccer during the other 47 months between World Cups. Almost.
