Screen Shot 2014-07-18 at 10.59.46 AMThis is pretty funny on the surface, but could be a little alarming for a kid or adult who, for some unknown reason, would want to visit an Arena Football League team’s website. Recently, the Orlando Predators were sold by David Pearsall to David Seigel. There didn’t seem to be any animosity or hard feelings surrounding the sale, but since in the past few days, Pearsall, who is  the “reseller” of the site, has been accused of redirecting the site to a Florida government page that tracks sex offenders.

Cute.

It’s possible that Pearsall sold the site and that a 3rd party is doing this dirty act, but that would be quite a coincidence if Pearsall wasn’t at least in on it.

In the interim, it appears that a makeshift site has been tossed up to keep fans away from the sex offender nonsense. That site has the unfortunate URL of myorlandopredators.com and looks like this:

What a beautiful watercolor of an arena football quarterback. Is the original for sale?
