Astros Fan Spikes Ceremonial First Pitch (Video)
The Houston Astros are much better this season than they have been the last two years. That said, they’re still not anything close to good. Their winning percentage of .421 has them on pace to lose 93 games this year.
Strange as it may sound, though, that’s actually good news for one Astros fan. Why? Because it means there were not a lot of people at Minute Maid Park when she took the mound for the ceremonial first pitch and spiked it into the ground like a Houston Texans player would do after a touchdown if the Houston Texans scored touchdowns.

Yep, that was bad. And if this were 15 or even 10 years ago, the whole world wouldn’t be laughing at it right now. But it’s 2014, so they are.
