Mike Tyson Comes to Aid of Motorcycle Crash Victim “Like Some Kind of Superhero”
Finally, the World Gets Mayweather vs Pacquiao…on Social Media
Manny Pacquiao is 35. Floyd Mayweather is 37. At this point they have no plans to fight each other, which means if we ever do get Mayweather vs Pacquiao, both will be past their fighting primes. And that’s very unfortunate, because the sport of boxing desperately needs more high-profile fights.
On the bright side, while we may never see Mayweather vs Pacquiao in the ring, we are getting Mayweather vs Pacquiao right now on social media.
The catalyst for the recent social media outburst seems to be Money’s recent admission that the HBO All Access “reality” show used to promote Mayweather vs. Maidana II was all staged.
In the show, for example, we saw Mayweather chillin’ while a bunch of people were smoking weed all around him. However, he told the AP that it wasn’t real weed, explaining that “it’s all about the entertainment…I don’t want to just sell a fight. I want to sell a lifestyle.
Of course, the revelation that Mayweather is full of sh*t and only interested in making money should come as a surprise to no one. But Manny Pacquiao felt the need to weigh in and talk some trash anyway:
.@FloydMayweather‘s testimony to the commission on All Access’ authenticity tells me everything I need to know about his desire to fight me.

Floyd wasn’t just going to sit around and take that, though. So he issued this response today on Facebook:
Don’t get the burn? Well, Mayweather is 47-0, while Pacquiao suffered a controversial win in 2011 and two embarrassing losses in 2012—one of which spawned a pretty epic meme.
Hopefully Pacquiao hits back, but I’d say this round goes to Mayweather.
