You’re about to watch a 22-second YouTube video of a paralyzed boxer hitting a punching bag while sitting in a wheelchair, and it’s going to make your day.

How is that possible? Well, that paralyzed boxer is former two-time WBO welterweight champ Paul “The Punisher” Williams. A motorcycle crash on May 27, 2012, left Williams paralyzed from the waist down. While his spinal cord was only bruised and not severed, there is still a chance he could regain sensation and walk. Nevertheless, the injury put an end to an outstanding career in which Williams went 41-2.

You might think a guy like this, who had his livelihood taken away, would be bitter. But Williams has been anything but from day one. In an interview with Jim Gray five months after the accident, he joked “I’m just chilling in a wheelchair because I got tired of walking.”

These days Williams still is not walking, but he’s getting back to boxing anyway. This week he posted the aforementioned video of himself training, and the look of pure joy on his face will absolutely make your day.

Take a look:

People tend to throw the word “inspirational” around pretty freely, but I honestly can’t think of any other word to describe this guy.
