Newfoundland Junior Hockey Fan Proves Some Canadians Are Actually Douchebags (Video)
Meet Canadian junior hockey fan Cory Simms of St. John’s, Newfoundland. We don’t know what he’s like in his personal or professional life. For all we know, when he’s at work or hanging out with family and friends, Cory is the nicest guy in the world. However, when he’s at the local rink, cheering on his favorite Junior B hockey team, the St. John’s Caps, this guy is a huge douchebag.
For the last five years or so, Simms has been at every Caps home game, heckling their opponents. Recently, his antics have gotten so bad that the St. John’s Junior Hockey League had to “ban” him from games. However, the problem with that is the SJJHL can’t actually ban him from games. Only the local rinks can do that. So Simms made it clear that he planned to defy their “request” and attend Caps playoff games anyway. And as a result, on March 14, the Conception Bay Junior Renegades chose to forfeit a playoff game against the Caps rather than be subjected to this guy’s verbal assault.
Just take a moment and think about that. They forfeited a playoff game rather than sit in the same arena as this guy and listen to the words coming out of his mouth.

Everybody needs a hobby, I guess. Apparently this guy’s is being completely unlikable to other human beings.
