Female NCAA B-Ball Player Outshoots Male in 3 Point Contest (Video)

3 point contest

In what was a far more tasteful display of gender rivalry than the 1970′s Battle of the Sexes, Portland’s Cassandra Brown won the women’s 3 point contest and went up against Gonzaga‘s Kevin Pangos for a head-to-head matchup. At the risk of keeping you on the edge of your seat, Cassandra won the 3 point contest against her male counterpart by sinking nine three balls in a row.

Here’s the video. Try not to get whiplash from that net that’s whipping around all over the place.

If you had money riding on this contest, it might behoove you to know that the final score of the 3 point contest was Cassandra, 21 and Kevin, 20.

No word on what Cassandra’s plans are after the shootout, but I think a stint with the Harlem Globetrotters or an And 1 Mixtape is definitely in her future.
