Muhammad Ali Reminds Floyd Mayweather That He’s Still “the Greatest”
Manny Says Relax: Pacman Tells Boistrous Crowd Mayweather Is Not “That Difficult an Opponent”
If you’re a big Manny Pacquiao fan, you might be starting to feel a little nervous. After all, the big Mayweather-Pacquaio superfight is just three days away, and the odds are not in Pacman’s favor.
However, you don’t need to feel uneasy. According to Manny, beating Floyd is going to be a piece of cake.
On Tuesday, Pacquiao made the trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas…in an RV…which was awesome. Upon his arrival at the Mandalay Bay hotel he greeted a rally of about 1,000 people, most of whom were Filipino, and showed them all his latest music video. (Because don’t forget, he’s also a pop singer.) He then told his fans that while he worried about Miguel Cotto and Juan Manuel Marquez, Money Mayweather hasn’t caused him to lose much sleep.
“I cannot say he is that difficult an opponent,” Pacquiao said in such a way that you almost thought he believed it. “My confidence right now is different than the other fights I had. I feel excited, this is it. I have to prove something.”
Then Pacman went on to tell his supporters not worry about something like THIS happening again.
“I know I’m going to win the fight in the ring,” he quipped, channeling Aaron Rodgers. “So relax.”
Got that everybody? Manny says relax.
