Tony Allen Trolls 20,000 Warriors Fans by Ruining Children’s Dance Performance (Video)

Tony Allen ruins children's dance performance

Memphis Grizzlies forward Tony Allen is widely regarded as one of the best if not the best defender in the NBA. However, after the stunt he pulled on Sunday in Oakland, he also has to be regarded as one of the best trolls, too.

During a timeout late in the second quarter of Game 1 between the Warriors and Grizzlies, the Warriors children’s dance team, the Jr. Jam Squad, came out onto the floor for a performance. However, when the buzzer sounded at the end of the timeout, the Jr. Jam Squad wasn’t finished yet and Allen just walked right through the middle of them.

Luckily, the kids were total pros and didn’t miss a beat. But it still riled up the 20,000 Warriors fans at Oracle Arena, and they booed Allen without mercy for the rest of the game.

Take a look:

Some might say it was an accident. But Allen didn’t.

“I just heard the first horn and I went out there,” Allen explained after the game. “I thought they knew to run off the court. That’s the least of my worries.”

Unfortunately for Allen and the Grizzlies, the only heads he got in with that stunt belonged to Warriors fans. Warriors players were unfazed, going on to win 101-86.
