Dwight Howard Threatens Heckler During Game 4 Blowout Loss to Clippers (Video)

dwight howard threatens heckler game 4

The Los Angeles Clippers are handing the Houston Rockets a pretty good beatdown in the second round of the 2015 NBA Playoffs. And judging from this video, in which Dwight Howard threatens a Staples Center heckler, it’s starting to get to the Rockets’ superstar center.

On Friday, the Clippers beat the Rockets by 25 points thanks to a 20-3 run in the third quarter. On Sunday they did it again, only worse, beating the Rockets by a whopping 33 points thanks to a 29-7 run in the third quarter. And after the run was over, with 3:07 left in the third quarter, a fan sitting in the first couple of rows at the Staples Center—supposedly a Lakers fan—decided to “console” Howard during a break in the action, telling him not to cry.

Howard, being in a vulnerable emotional state at that particular juncture in the game, did not appreciate the chatter. So he basically challenged the fan to a fight.

Take a look:

Come on, Dwight. You’re better than that.

Actually, on second thought, you’re really not. But still, don’t talk back to fans. Take your frustrations out on the court.
