Jamison Crowder Domestic Violence Allegations: Somebody Accused Washington WR of Domestic Abuse on His Own Instagram (Pics)
The sports world was shocked by the Jamison Crowder domestic violence allegations on Thursday afternoon. And the shocking part was not that the Washington wide receiver was accused of beating up a girlfriend. (Sadly, such things have become commonplace.) The shocking part was the manner in which he was accused.
You see, these allegations came straight from the former Duke star’s own Instagram account.
Obviously the posts have been deleted. But Twitter user @TJMartinez21 got some screen caps before it went away. Take a look:
“The Washington Redskins are aware of an off-field situation involving Jamison Crowder. We have been in touch with the NFL office and will continue to follow proper League protocol and assist them in any way we can to gather all of the facts. We will not be making any further comment at this time.”
Jamison Crowder’s agent didn’t waste much time, either. He claimed Crowder’s account was hacked and that his client hasn’t hit anybody.
Of course, everyone knows Crowder’s Instagram account was hacked. That’s the whole point. The issue here is whether his account was hacked by an ex-girlfriend that Jamison really did physically abuse.
At this point it is important that we do not rush to judgement. You can’t believe everything you read on the internet. It is possible that the hacker was somebody Crowder doesn’t even know, or that the hacker is an ex-girlfriend who is trying to defame her former flame by fabricating evidence of abuse.
That said, it is also quite possible that Jamison Crowder is an abusive piece of sh*t, and that everything that was posted on his Instagram account is 100% true.
Only time will tell. Stay tuned.
