If you were married to insanely gorgeous UFC octagon girl Brittney Palmer would you (a) spend every waking minute of your life trying to fulfill her every need and desire or (b) smack her around and nearly suffocate her to death?

Obviously, us law-abiding heterosexual males would go with the first option. Tragically, Brittney Palmer’s husband, Aaron Zalewski, went with the second.

In the early hours of June 12, after a dispute with his wife turned violent, police arrested him at the couple’s Los Angeles home on counts of spousal battery, criminal threats, and attempted murder.

The fight all started when a casting agent called Brittney Palmer “babe” over the phone. That probably seems like a pretty standard Hollywood-type thing to do to most of us. But Zalewski didn’t like it, so he and Palmer started arguing. Then, when Zalewski realized Palmer was recording their argument on her phone, he tried to wrestle it away from her. In doing so, he threw his wife into a bed post.

After that, according to the report Palmer gave police, Zalewski told her to pack her bags and get out. However, when she tried to do so he threw her down on the bed and held her face down on the mattress with his knees in her back. She then struggled to breath for two minutes.

When Palmer eventually escaped around 1:30 in the morning, that’s when she called the cops. The case now sits on the desk of the L.A. City Attorney, who will decide what charges, if any, to file.

One thing’s for sure, though: Brittney Palmer and Aaron Zalewski are finished.

Or at least I hope they are.
