The expectations were high for the Philadelphia Eagle heading into their 2015 season-opener against the Atlanta Falcons on Monday night. And right out of the gate, they failed to meet those lofty expectations.
Simply put, the Eagles blew during the opening half of Monday’s game—especially their offense, which only managed to score three points in the opening 30 minutes. In fact, one might suggest that the Eagles offense blew so much during the first half that they decided to incorporate that suckiness into their second-half play-calling.

In case you were wondering, the Eagles’ offense was much better in the second half, but they still fell short in the end, losing the game by a score of 26-24.
