The Bills Are Trolling the Pats by Selling Ball Pumps in Their Team Store

The Bills are starting their season on a high note (as they so often do) heading into a Sunday matchup against the formidable Pats. Since the Bills have very little to lose in this matchup (expectations are low whenever New England comes to town), they have decided to have some fun with Deflategate (ugh) by stocking their team store with football pumps in anticipation of the game.

Eh.

It’s a little funny, but very late, and I think most football fans would gladly forego the joke if it meant that they never had to hear the gibberish word “Deflategate” ever again.

Also, the premise of the whole joke is a little misguided. I mean, do they think that the opposing team will be browsing in the Bills team store, only to see this affront to their sensibilities and collectively drop their monocles?

I guess it’s more for the fans, in which case, yeah, they probably could have done something a little funnier. But points for trying.
