Clemson

While NFL standouts DeAndre Hopkins and Sammy Watkins were on opposite sides of the ball in yesterday’s Texans-Bills game, they sought each other out after the game to catch up and trade jerseys. The two opponents were teammates together at Clemson University just a few years ago, so they took a few minutes to catch up and pose for the cameras.

The Bills were able to fend off the surging Texans, 30-21, but that didn’t keep Texans wideout DeAndre Hopkins from being in good spirits after the matchup.

While trading jerseys has long been a common practice in other sports, namely soccer, it’s just now starting to catch on in the NFL, and it makes for some good photos, if nothing else.

What they do with the other person’s jersey is anyone’s guess. I presume wash it first and foremost, then…?
