Here Are a Bunch of Famous Rap Albums as NBA Jerseys (Pics)
Never before in human history have there been so many out-of-work graphic designers. Or at least, that’s the conclusion to which I am drawn based on the volume of sports logo and uniform redesigns and mashups we’ve seen in recent years. After all, if you had a job, would spend your free time at night doing the same stuff you do at work all day? I certainly don’t go home at night and write about sports for free.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not complaining about the glut of redesigns and mashups. I’ve always loved sports uniforms and logos. But whenver I see these things I imagine college grads trying to build up their design portfolios while living at home and looking for work. And it bums me out, which is why, when I come across a cool mashup, I always write it up.
Today’s feature? Famous rap albums as NBA jerseys. They come to us from a designer named Patso Dimitrov. He’s probably not unemployed, and he probably doesn’t need my help getting the word out about his work. But these are still awesome, so I’m going to post them anyway.
