These Israeli Soccer Medics Don’t Know How Stretcher Works, Drop Player (Video)
While being a good, proactive medic is probably as hard as it seems, it’s probably not hard to be a competent one. No sudden movements, keep weight off sore stuff, don’t drop injured players on the ground, know how stretchers work.
It turns out that the duo tending to the Maccabi Ahi Nazareth-Maccabi Herzliya match didn’t quite master those last two items on my list of qualifications. It’s clear from the outset that they had a problem lifting the injured player, and they then dropped him, though it wasn’t clear if that was due to them carrying him poorly or just not being able to set up the stretcher well.
