Bernie Sanders Believes The Redskins Should Change Their Name
You can count these votes out for Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders in the Maryland/D.C area after his recent comments about the Washington Redskins and what they should do with their name while speaking to supporters at the Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort in Flagstaff, Arizona on Thursday.
“Washington has a very good football team but it doesn’t have to be called the Redskins,” Sanders said.
I find that comment to be highly disrespectful. Not because he wants the horrible Redskins to change their name, but because he called them a ‘very good football team‘. Clearly, Bernie doesn’t watch much football at all to make a statement like that. 2 playoffs wins since 1993 say otherwise.
I can’t vote for Bernie Sanders now that I know he was quoted calling the Redskins a “good football team”

Can’t believe people are voting for Bernie Sanders. He said that the Redskins are a very good football team. He’s clearly delusional.
