Carson Wentz Throws Shade at Sam Bradford at Introductory Press Conference (Video)
Given the comments of no. 2 overall pick Carson Wentz at his introductory press conference over the weekend, if the Philadelphia Eagles don’t end up trading Sam Bradford before the start of training camp we’re going to have one hell of an entertaining quarterback controversy on our hands.
As you probably know, the Eagles signed QB Sam Bradford to a two-year, $36 million contract extension back in March. However, two weeks ago they traded up to the no. 2 spot so they could draft quarterback Carson Wentz out of North Dakota State. And that pissed off Bradford, who demanded a trade and said he won’t show up for any offseason programs. So the Eagles have another tumultuous offseason on their hands.
But wait, it get’s worse! As if trying to make sure the situation is as awkward as possible, Carson Wentz threw some serious shade at Bradford over the weekend when a reporter asked if he’d seen Bradford play.

Wentz tried his best to be diplomatic, but it basically came out like, “Bradford? Naw man, I study good quarterbacks.”
Obviously, nobody on the planet would put Sam Bradford in the same league as Brady, Rodgers, and Manning. But if you’re Bradford it still stings.
