‘Crusoe the Celebrity Dachshund’ Supports the Raptors by Dressing Up As One (Video)

Toronto will need all the help it can get to find its way through a wacky Eastern Conference during this year’s NBA Playoffs, and apparently they’ve enlisted the help of Crusoe, the celebrity/hockey-playing dachshund.

We first met Crusoe in this video in which he dressed up and played hockey, but now he’s being called to bigger things, like supporting Canada’s only NBA team.

Here’s Crusoe in action during Game 1 between the Raps and Heat last night, looking like he could be a dominant swingman with a combination of speed, agility, power, and ball-handling skills:

Unfortunately, Crusoe’s presence wasn’t enough to knock off the Heat in Game 1, but we’ll blame the Raptors for that loss, not the dog.
