Sam Bradford Finally Wipes Away His Tears; Returns To The Eagles
Often injured Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, Sam Bradford is finally back on board with the team. He previously demanded to be traded after the team traded 5 picks to select QB Carson Wentz in the 2016 NFL draft.
According to Adam Schefter:
“I’m excited to be back on the field today with my teammates and coaches. The business-side of football is sometimes a necessary consideration. My attention and efforts are focused on the participation in and preparation for a championship season: I am committed to my teammates and the Eagles organization for nothing less.”
After the Broncos selected a QB in the draft, there was little to no interest in his services elsewhere, so he basically had no choice but to return to Philly and compete for his job.
The Eagles have made it clear to him that he is the starter until further notice.
