Drew Brees softball home run

On Wednesday night, the New Orleans Saints took a break from preparing for the upcoming NFL season to play a little softball. The game took place at Tulane’s Turchin Stadium, with proceeds going to the Son of a Saint and Team Gleason charities.

The festivities began with a home run derby, which was won by Saints long-snapper Justin Drescher:

I’m not sure who won the game, so we’ll just go ahead and say that the real winners on this night were the fans and the two charities.

Great stuff, guys.
