Auburn Forces Third and Final Game in Women’s College World Series Thanks to Amazing Catch and Grand Slam (Videos)
You probably haven’t been following the Women’s College World Series too closely, which is a shame, because last night, Auburn pulled out every trick in the book to force Oklahoma into a third and final game.
As early as the second inning, Oklahoma jumped out to a 7-0 lead. But thanks to a five-run second inning for Auburn and a two-run fourth, they were back in it almost immediately.
Later in the game, when Oklahoma looked ready to take the lead again with a long ball and a runner on first, this happened:

Then Auburn knocked a grand slam to seal the deal in the bottom of the eighth inning, clinching the game and setting up a final third game for the ages.
