Klay Thompson On LeBron: ‘This is a Man’s League, I Guess His Feelings Got Hurt’ (Video)
Warriors’ Mo Speights: ‘Somebody Put Balls On Your Head, What Are You Supposed To Do?’
Sunday is officially trash talk day for the Golden State Warriors. After the NBA handed down a flagrant foul to Draymond Green, suspending him for Game 5 in the process, Warriors players have had a lot to say about LeBron’s role in all of this.
First, Klay Thompson had this to say:
“I’m just kind of shocked some guys take it so personal. This is a man’s league.”
“I guess his feelings just got hurt,” said Klay Thompson on trash talking in regards to LeBron James.
Then Warriors PF/C Mo Speights shared his thoughts on LeBron and losing respect for him:
“It’s messed to suspend a man over nothing. If somebody put they’ balls on your head, what are you supposed to do? Balls are on the back of his head. It’s kind of messed up man, but hey.”
“On that court, a lot of things are said. People say bad stuff to everybody on the court all the time. You’re just in a situation that, you want to get a guy suspended. You started it. You stepped on a man’s neck. Man ain’t even hit him in the balls, though. It’s kind of a messed up situation.”
“A guy does something like that, you kind of lose respect for him. I had a lot of respect for LeBron over his career, since he was in high school. But, do things like that to get a guy suspended? That kind of disrespectful.”
Finally, wife of Steph Curry, Ayesha, took to Twitter to say this about LeBron taking the high rode:
High Road. invisible bridge used to step over said person when open floor is available left to right.
