Klay Thompson’s Dad On LeBron: “”Are We Now This PC That We Can’t Trash Talk On The Court?”
My goodness. Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James has been getting shots thrown at him from every direction since the NBA decided to access Draymond Green a flagrant foul in Game 4—thus, suspending him for Game 5.
Klay Thompson got the party started when he said this:
Klay on LeBron and trash talk: “I’m shocked some guys take it so personal. This is a man’s league.”

Then it was Mo Speights, Ayesha Curry, and Steph Curry throwing jabs. And now Mychal Thompson, former Los Angeles Laker and father of Klay Thompson had plenty to say on his ESPN Radio show.
Some of his best quotes from the show, courtesy of Bay Area News Group reporter Diamond Leung:
Klay not the only Thompson going in on LeBron. Mychal on radio on complaining: “Are we now this PC that we can’t trash talk on the court?”

Mychal Thompson: “Are you freaking kidding me? Who complains to the media about being called a name?”

Mychal Thompson: “We all respect LeBron’s ability..but man sometimes he acts too entitled like he’s supposed to get everything he wants.”

Mychal Thompson: “LeBron (James) couldn’t have survived in the 80s with the physicality and the words guys said to each other back then.”
