UCSB Third-String Catcher Hits Walk-Off Grand Slam, Sends Team to CWS (Video)

Sam Cohen only had 25 at bats for University of California Santa Barbara when he took to the plate in the bottom of the 9th, down 3-0 to the tourney faves, Louisville. It seems like he might be getting a few more at-bats in the near and distant future based on how that one went.

Cohen hit a grand slam that won UCSB the game and put them into the College World Series.

Oh, yeah. He did it against arguably the best closer in college ball, too.
