Brittney Griner’s Divorce Finalized; Must Pay $5K a Month In Child Support
Phoenix Mercury center and father of two, Brittney Griner, is a single woman after a judge finalized her divorce from Dallas Wings forward Glory Johnson. The two got married in May of 2015, shortly after both were arrested for domestic violence. The marriage lasted only 28 days, then came the back and forth on whether Griner agreed to be the father of the twins until she finally accepted responsibility. Somewhat…
Starting May 1st, Griner had agreed to pay $2,516 a month in child support, but Johnson didn’t think that was enough and wanted a judge to increase the payments to $6,500 a month instead.
She didn’t get that, but Griner will have to pay $5,032 a month in child support to her ex-wife. The only good news here is that she doesn’t have to pay Glory Johnson spousal support.
