James Harrison Sends a Sworn Affidavit To The NFL Over PED Interview Request
Last December, Al Jazeera ran a story that implicated players such as James Harrison, Clay Matthews, Julius Peppers, & retired Peyton Manning in a PED scandal involving human growth hormone.
The NFL sent James Harrison and the other NFL players named in the report a letter saying that would like to interview them at the start of training camp as they continue to investigate the matter.
Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison is not having it all. First, he took to Instagram in June wanting to know why the NFL needs to interview him about this:
“@nflcommish @nfl When you say “jump,” I don’t ask how high…I ask “Why?”
Then on Tuesday, Harrison provided a sworn affidavit to the NFL through the players association stating he has never met Charles Sly, the main source in the Al-Jazeera America report that implicated Harrison and others for PED use.

The NFLPA is demanding the league provide “credible evidence” before continuing with these interviews.
