Report: Eagles’ Nelson Agholor Won’t Be Charged With Sexual Assault of A Stripper
Back in June, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor was accused of sexually assaulting a stripper at Cheerleaders Gentlemen’s Club.
Details soon came out that the stripper was upset that Agholor only paid her $800 and not the full $1400 that they had agreed upon before entering a private room together.
On Thursday, Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News stated Agholor won’t be charged with any crime, according to his sources:
“WITH EAGLES training camp less than two weeks away, the team is eager for the sexual-assault accusation against wide receiver Nelson Agholor to be resolved. A source close to the situation, though not involved in the investigation, said Thursday that he was told Agholor will not be charged. The source also said an announcement to that effect was near.
An NJ.com report Thursday said District Attorney Seth Williams is expected to decide on charges against Agholor on Friday – after an investigation by Philadelphia police determined no charges were warranted. A spokesman for the DA told the Daily News and Inquirer that no announcement was scheduled.”
