Rousey Says She Wants Her Belt Back: ‘Revenge Is A MotherF*cker’ (Video)
It’s been a while since the MMA world has seen former UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey in the octagon after she was knocked senseless by Holly Holm in November at UFC 193.
Since then, the Bantamweight title has switched hands two times in two fights. After Rousey lost it, Holm was choked out by Miesha Tate, and just recently Tate was choked into submission by Amanda Nunes at UFC 200.
Speaking at a Q&A session in a recent conference hosted by news anchor Robin Roberts, Rousey was asked what she wanted to do when she returned to the Octagon.
“I want to win my belt back,” Rousey said.
Then she went on to state how her mother gave the motivational speech to end all motivational speeches when she was a little girl:
“My mom, she pulled me to the side of the mat and she’s like ‘I’m going to tell you what my coach told me. He said winning’s a b-tch, but revenge is a motherf—-r!’”
