49ers-Rams Parking Pass Cost More Than The Actual Game Ticket
The San Francisco 49ers are set to open their already controversial season on Monday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams, who returned to L.A. this past offseason.
Seems like only yesterday when the 49ers were still Super Bowl contenders, and now they’re struggling with ticket prices at Levi’s Stadium. Season ticket holders have been doing their best to dump their season tickets since last year, and it’s been tough with the declining product on the field.
Per NBC Bay Area from October of 2015:
“I’ll be lucky if I can get face value,” Christina Hosseini, a season ticket holder, said. The tickets retail for about $150, but in previous years they have been known to go for much higher rates.
Bruce Ventura, another season ticket holder, says he used to be able to sell tickets for around $400 each.”
It’s gotten so bad that a parking pass is more expensive than a game ticket for Monday night’s season opener against the Los Angeles Rams:
