Sunday night, for the most part, was a success for ESPN. There were many close games to run through that kept fans interested, and the technical aspects of the studio team’s broadcast went off without a hitch.

Well, almost.

As you can see here on the studio show Sunday Night Countdown, the team faced some audio issues when going to field reporter Jeff Darlington to discuss the AFC South. Jeff looked like he hit his cue, but…there was no sound.

Take a look. It lasts for about six seconds longer than the producers should have let it:

It’s hard to tell if Chris Berman was gesticulating wildly because he was mad, because he was calling the producers to action, or both. But he did get back into host mode pretty seamlessly. What a pro.
