NFL Shop Blocks Fans From Ordering Customized ‘Harambe’ Jerseys
Earlier this year, Harambe the Gorilla was tragically gunned down at a Cincinnati zoo after a small child fell into its enclosure and they had no choice but to shoot him. Since then, Harambe has become a war cry for fans and sometimes athletes.
NFL fans wanting to pay tribute to the late Cincinnati Zoo gorilla Harambe with a customized NFL jersey will have to find an alternate solution after it was announced that the NFL shop had blocked everybody from getting anymore jerseys with the Gorilla’s name on it.
NFLShop now blocks fans wanting to get a HARAMBE nameplate on jerseys.
