Alabama Hockey Team Hosting Harambe Night: ‘Sticks Out For Harambe’ (Video)

If you thought the Harambe thing was going to stop soon, you thought wrong.

The University of Alabama hockey team will be honoring the fallen gorilla—who was tragically taken away from us earlier this year in a Cincinnati Zoo when a child fell in its enclosure—with a special “Harambe Night,” taking place in October during a match-up against Vanderbilt.

The team is hoping to raise funds for endangered species just like Harambe, with 10 percent of all proceeds raised going to the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary in Palm Harbor, Fla.

They even went out of their way to create a special made video for Harambe and the upcoming game:
