Fans Roast Houston Texans’ Promo For Free McDonald’s Food After Patriots Loss

The cards were easily stacked in the Houston Texans’ favor as they took the field to play a New England Patriots squad who were also 2-0, but down to their 3rd string quarterback due to suspensions and injuries.

That didn’t seem to matter, though, as the Texans laid a goose egg on the scoreboard and were run out of Foxborough with their tails between their legs in a 27-0 loss.

Friday morning, the Texans’ official Twitter account let the fans know that, even though they lost, they could still win if they drove to a local McDonald’s to get a free 6-piece McNuggets because the Texans rushed for over 100 yards.

 

Great, right? NO. The Twitter account was hilariously trolled for sending out this tweet after that massacre in Foxborough.
