Houston Texans Delete Twitter Poll After Team Gets Shut Out & Destroyed By Patriots

by: Black Adam Schefter On  Friday, September 23, 2016

On Thursday Night Football in Foxborough, many expected to see a Houston Texans team ready to make some noise and possibly put the league on notice with a big win against the New England Patriots.

It was not meant to be as the Patriots and their 3rd string QB destroyed the Houston Texans easily with a 27-0 win.

Before the game, the Texans official Twitter account was feeling good about the team and just knew they would score some points later that night.  So they sent out a poll asking how the first points would be scored by the team.

One problem. They didn’t score at all, so the Texans went back and deleted the poll. Social media never forgets.
