Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick had a pretty bad day on Sunday. And by pretty bad day I actually mean he turned in one of the worst passing performances in recent memory, going 20 for 44 with 188 yards, zero touchdowns, and six interceptions.

Yes. SIX. The record for most interceptions in a single game, in case you were wondering, is eight. It belongs to Jim Hardy, who accomplished the infamous feat playing for the Chicago Cardinals in 1950.

But back to Fitzpatrick. Last week against the Bills he turned in one of the best QB performances of the year, going 24 for 34 with 374 yards and a touchdown for a passer rating of 116.5. This week his passer rating was an abominable 18.2 in the Jets 24-3 loss to the Chiefs.

As you would expect, Twitter had a lot to say about the performance, and it was NOT good. Take a look:

The good news is Ryan Fitzpatrick went to Harvard, which means he is probably smart enough to stay off Twitter today.
