If the Irish get it green for one day per year, it would make sense that Cubs fans, who have been waiting 108 years for a victory parade, would get the Chicago River in their colors for their victory parade.

The parade starts at 11 AM EST, so the folks in the boats that do this sort of thing got an early jump on the process, which you can see below. In case you thought they just dropped GIANT dye pills into the water…sorry. It’s done via a more practical way.
